Business Development Executive (BDE)
📍 Job Location: Lucknow
🎓 Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
💼 Experience: 0–2 Years
💰 Salary: As per industry standards, based on interview performance and previous experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through client acquisition and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
Attend networking events, meetings, and business development activities.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Negotiate pricing and close business deals effectively.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate business solutions.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take on challenges.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
