Xtrawrkx is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive (Intern/Fresher) to join our growing team in Bengaluru / Hybrid.

🔹 What You’ll Do
Research and identify startups, OEMs, investors, and potential partners.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and cold outreach.
Connect with founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.
Manage CRM, sales pipelines, and follow-ups.
Support business proposals, presentations, partnerships, and industry events.
Work closely with the leadership team on growth initiatives.
🎓 Who Can Apply?
Final-year students or recent graduates.
BBA / MBA / B.Tech / BE / BBM / B.Com or equivalent.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior internship experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Startups is an advantage.

📌 Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months | Full-Time
Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid
First 3 Months: Training & Probation
Next 3 Months: ₹10,000/month fixed stipend
Post Internship: Based on performance and business requirements, an opportunity for a Full-Time Business Development Executive role may be offered.
