Yankalfa India Pvt. Ltd., a marine consultancy & ship management company, is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
💡 Note: This is not your traditional sales/BD role — it's a research and relationship-driven position focused on the maritime industry, where analytical thinking and strong communication matter more than conventional pitching.

What you'll do:

Track vessel movements and identify business opportunities using marine tracking platforms & industry databases
Connect with vessel owners, operators, and ship/technical managers to introduce our services
Analyse vessel requirements and coordinate with internal teams for tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle — from inquiry to quotation to service execution
Maintain reports on leads, client interactions & pipeline development
Stay updated on global shipping trends and market opportunities

What we're looking for:
✅ Graduate/MBA : Sales, Marketing, International Business, or Maritime Studies preferred
✅ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to research and derive insights
✅ Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
✅ Genuine interest in the maritime/shipping industry

Compensation:
💰 ₹25,000/- per month for MBA graduates (Freshers)
💰 Attractive package for experienced BD candidates, based on relevant experience
