Cacao Springs, founded by Mahek Sugandh, a chocolatier with a doctorate in chocolates, specialises in crafting chocolate creations using the finest ingredients and innovative techniques. Based in Nagpur, we invite individuals to join us in shaping the future of artisanal chocolates.

Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. The intern will support the team by conducting market research, identifying and generating leads, building customer relationships, and assisting with business strategies. Additional responsibilities include analysing business data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing excellent customer service to support company growth initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent Communication ​Skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members.
A ​Customer-centric ​Approach with proficiency in Customer Service practices.
Proactive ​Mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Passion for the food or confectionery industry is a plus.
