goSTOPS is a youth travel hostel brand backed by Blume Ventures, opening hostels across India. Every hostel starts with finding the right property. That's what our BD supply team does — and that's the team you'd join, for 3-6 months, at our HSR Layout office.

WHAT YOU'D LEARN (the actual reason to take this)
— How to value a property and model what it can earn
— How to read a micro-market: hyperlocal rates, seasonal demand, projected occupancy, revenue potential
— The tools and data real investment calls get made on
— Different asset classes, and why one building is worth very different things to different operators
— What goes into building a real-estate-backed business
Most people pick this up after an MBA, or five years into a career. You'd learn it on live deals.

WHAT YOU'D DO
— Filter and qualify incoming property leads
— Review our AI calling data and spot what's worth chasing
— Call owners and brokers to pull out what we're missing
— Assess leads against our criteria and decide what moves forward
— Sit in on strategy calls
— how we pick markets, price deals, read a location

YOU'LL FIT IF
— You're an undergraduate wanting to earn and learn alongside your course, or a recent graduate looking for a serious first break
— You're comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers
— You're curious, quick, and don't need telling twice
— You can be at HSR Layout, Bengaluru
No experience needed. Any stream. We're hiring for sharpness, not a CV.
