🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Intern

Location: Hybrid – Sector 18, Rohini, Delhi (Candidates are expected to be physically present in the office at least 3–4 days per week.)

Duration: 2–3 Months (Extendable based on mutual interest and organizational requirements, with the opportunity to be converted into a full-time role based on performance.)

About Us

Ikaai India is a Delhi-based monitoring, evaluation, and research consultancy working with government departments, multilateral agencies, CSR foundations, and development organizations. We specialize in large-scale surveys, impact assessments, third-party evaluations, and policy research across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support lead generation and client outreach through various channels.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams during proposal development and project support.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Support CSR partnership initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Perform other business development-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

- Undergraduate or postgraduate students pursuing BBA, MBA, Marketing, Management, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related disciplines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work in a dynamic startup environment.
