𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: PAID + Incentives

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Sharda Associates is seeking a result-oriented Business Development Interns to manage client interactions and support the sales conversion process.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage client interactions across calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversion and client engagement
• Update and manage client data and interactions within the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to confidently handle client-facing interactions
• Comfortable managing communication via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for reporting and tracking
• Understanding of sales processes, including client handling and negotiation
• Strong interest in sales, client engagement, and business development

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
• Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Commerce, Management, or related field
• Candidates with a clear interest in sales and business development

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Duration: 3–4 months (extendable up to 6 months based on performance)
• Opportunity for full-time role based on performance and conversion capability
