We’re Hiring | Business Development Intern – Real Estate

At SOBOXPERT Real Estate Advisory, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on exposure to Mumbai’s redevelopment and land acquisition market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and source Redevelopment Society opportunities.
• Source Open Land Parcels for development.
• Generate Joint Venture (JV), Joint Development (JD), and Development Management (DM) opportunities.
• Conduct market research and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Prepare presentations, feasibility reports, and MIS for management.
• Coordinate with developers, landowners, societies, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:
✔ Graduate (Mandatory)
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
✔ Strong presentation and negotiation skills
✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
✔ Self-driven, analytical, and eager to build a career in real estate
