Hiring: Remote Business Development (BDM) Intern 🌍 | Scale US & UK Tech Startups
I am expanding operations and looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Business Development & Sales Intern to act as our lead generation engine.
We help fast-growing tech startups in the US and UK source elite remote software engineering talent (Java, Node.js, Fullstack) out of India. If you want to learn the ins and outs of global B2B sales, data scraping, and international recruitment, this is for you.
📌 Position: Business Development / Sourcing Intern
📍 Location: 100% Remote / Virtual
⏱️ Hours: Flexible Part-Time (Aligned with US/UK afternoon hours)
💰 Compensation: Base Stipend + Performance-Linked Bonuses (Earn ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per closed deal)
What you will do:
1️⃣ Use LinkedIn, Wellfound, and Google to track down seed-funded US/UK startups actively hiring developers.
2️⃣ Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CTOs) and build clean tracking pipelines.
3️⃣ Deploy pre-written outbound sequences to turn cold prospects into warm business leads.
What I am looking for:
• Exceptional written English communication skills (You will be messaging Western founders).
• Strong internet research skills (Boolean search skills are a major plus).
• High self-discipline and an aggressive growth mindset. Freshers and college students welcome!
