Are you interested in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and IT Staffing?

Tech and Grow Global Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated Business Development Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the IT Staffing industry.

📈 Key Responsibilities

▸ Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms
▸ Identify and connect with potential clients for IT staffing services
▸ Assist with client onboarding and relationship management
▸ Schedule meetings with prospective clients
▸ Coordinate with the team to understand client hiring requirements
▸ Prepare proposals and maintain CRM records
▸ Support sales and business development activities

🎯 Requirements

✓ Recent graduates or MBA graduates
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Interest in IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
✓ Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office is preferred
✓ Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
✓ Freshers are welcome
✓ Training will be provided; prior IT staffing experience is not required
