Title: Business Development Officer

Location📍: Across Chennai, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin

⏰Job Type: Full-Time

📌Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Mobility: The candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.

💰Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives—maximum ₹30,000 per month.
✅Benefits: A petrol allowance of upto ₹1,500 is provided as per the standard policy.
✅Education: Any graduate with a 10+2+3or10+2+4 education pattern is eligible to apply for
this ✅Age Criteria:21 to 30 years
✅ Work Schedule: 6days a week with week-offs on the 2
nd and 4th Saturdays.
💰 Package: ₹250,000P.A to ₹400,000P.A

✅Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate banking product

Identify and acquire new customers through door-to-door visits, promotional stalls in high-
traffic areas, and referrals.

Assist customers with the account opening process, ensuring
accuracy and a seamless
experience, while tracking and updating the status.

Maintain follow-up with new customers and cross-sell additional banking products such as
loans or investment options as needed.

Prepare and update daily sales reports; regularly review performance with your supervisor.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Tamil.
