🎯 What You Will Do
You will work on the complete B2B sales and business development process:
• Find potential customers through LinkedIn, Google and other platforms.
• Research companies that are actively hiring.
• Identify HR Managers, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders and decision-makers.
• Send LinkedIn messages and professional emails.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
• Schedule product demos.
• Assist with or conduct HireNeuron product demonstrations.
• Explain product features and benefits to prospects.
• Follow up after demos.
• Maintain lead and sales information.
• Help the team convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
