We are looking for 30 dynamic sales professionals to join our high-performing team in Kolkata!

💼 Role Highlights:
Position: Business Development Trainee / Associate

Openings: 30 Vacancies

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Shift Timings: Mon–Sat: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM | Sunday: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Weekly Off: Thursday (6-day workweek)

Eligibility: Experienced sales pros & motivated Freshers are welcome!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective learners and understand their professional upskilling needs.

Pitch and sell premium programs across AI tools, Stock Market, Data Science, Excel, Power BI, and Python.

Follow up with leads, overcome objections, close sales, and achieve weekly/monthly targets.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

🎯 Requirements:

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

A resilient, target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.

Basic awareness of MS Office, Python, Power BI, or AI tools is a plus.
