Business Growth Associate — Bangalore
We build management systems, automation and NFC solutions for businesses — wellness chains, logistics companies, training centres. We're scaling, and I'm looking for someone to grow with us from the ground up.
What you'll do:
Work directly with me on client acquisition and onboarding — understanding businesses, mapping their problems to solutions, and managing relationships end to end. As you grow into the role, you'll move into product and delivery work alongside the team.
This is a founding-team seat, not a fixed job description. You'll learn how software businesses actually get built and sold.
How we work:
No fixed login or logout timings. No shifts. You own your outcomes, not your hours — work when it suits you, as long as the work gets done.
Looking for:
Good communication in Kannada + English, comfortable talking to business owners, curious about tech and business. Engineering background is a plus but not required. Freshers welcome — attitude matters more than experience.
