📌 Position: Business Loan Relationship Officer
📍 Location: DURGAPUR(LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFERRED)
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)/ Freshers with Graduation in any discipline are welcome

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and manage business loan customers and achieve Business Loans target in Physical and Digital lending channels
• Develop strong relationships with SMEs and business clients
• Achieve sales and portfolio targets and cross sales targets
• Conduct client visits and financial assessments
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Good communication & relationship-building skills
✔ Experience in Business Loan / LAP / SME lending preferred and freshers are also welcome
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✔ Graduate in any discipline
