📍 Role: Business Operations Executive (BOE)
📍 Locations: Kochi, Vadodara & Nagpur
📍 Experience: Freshers / 1+ Years
📍 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day on-ground operations in the city
✅ Build strong relationships with driver-partners and customers
✅ Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis
✅ Execute branding, marketing, and engagement activities
✅ Handle driver escalations and operational challenges
✅ Monitor local market trends, customer behavior, and pricing
✅ Ensure seamless coordination between demand and supply

Who We're Looking For:
✔ Strong understanding of local city geography and market dynamics
✔ Good communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Basic Excel proficiency
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Passionate, action-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
✔ Proficiency in the local language
