Business Operations Intern
๐ Want a front-row seat to how a startup runs?
We're hiring a Business Operations Intern at Thinkerbell Labs! This isn't an internship where you'll just watch things happen. You'll get to work directly with our Director โ Business and Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to how real business decisions are made and executed.
You'll start by getting involved in day-to-day operations, and gradually expand into the world of business development, partnerships, strategy and decision-making, shadowing meetings, understanding how opportunities turn into projects, and learning what it takes to grow a business.
Who would be a great fit?
1. Someone who communicates well and isn't afraid to ask questions.
2. A curious mind who enjoys solving problems.
3. Someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning on the go.
4. Fresh graduates preferred, but were open to anyone with the right attitude!

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Thinkerbell Labs? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos โ a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something โ say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions โ Situation, Task, Action, Result โ so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
