Flattrade Broking Private Limited is looking for a Business Process Analyst Trainee to join our Forms / Operations Department in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Verify and process client account opening & modification requests
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams
• Ensure requests are completed within defined TATs
• Maintain process accuracy and quality
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of finance & investment concepts
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow processes and compliance requirements
• Willingness to learn financial markets and regulatory processes

🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Freshers with strong analytical ability and an interest in financial operations are welcome to apply!
