Campus Partnerships
Building a great brand starts with building the right team. 💄✨
As we enter a new phase of growth at Beauty People, we’re looking to connect with colleges and placement cells across Delhi NCR and beyond to build meaningful campus partnerships and create opportunities for young talent.
We’re looking to engage with students across areas such as:
📱 Social Media & Digital Marketing
📣 PR & Brand Marketing
💄 Beauty & Makeup
🧪 R&D & Cosmetic Science
📊 E-commerce & Business
I’d especially like to connect with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), faculty members and placement teams who are looking to create stronger industry exposure for their students.
If your institution has upcoming internship or placement drives, we’d love to learn more about:
• Courses and specialisations
• Student batches available
• Registration & interview timelines
• Expected joining windows
The earlier we connect, the better we can create opportunities that are meaningful for both students and the industry.
If you’re a TPO or part of a placement cell, feel free to share your college details through our Campus Hiring Form https://lnkd.in/gfy9xDem or reach out to us directly at [contact shared on WhatsApp].
I look forward to connecting with institutions that are passionate about helping young talent move from campus to the real world of business and the beauty industry.
Let’s build the next generation of talent together. 🌟

Interview advice
Going for this role at Beauty People? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
