Blinkit is growing fast, and we’re looking for sharp, driven Interns to join our Category Ops Team in Gurgaon.
Role: Category Operations Intern - Perishables
What we’re looking for:
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical mindset
• Comfort with data (Excel/Sheets); ability to drive action
• High ownership and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across supply, ops, and vendors

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Blinkit? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
