Coordinatewithmarketteamstodrive RCAcollectionandtimelyissueresolution
Monitoroperationaldashboardsandensureadherencetodefined TATs
Collaboratewithcross-functionalstakeholderstoimproveoperationalefficiencyandcustomerexperience
