At PRISM, we're looking for a highly motivated Central Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to driving operational excellence through data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization.

💼 Role: Central Operations Intern
🎓 Eligibility: Final-year students & Recent Graduates
🕒 Internship Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and publish operational reports (CIP, Extra Charges, GMB & Open Bookings)
✅ Analyze guest feedback to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
✅ Coordinate with market teams to drive RCA collection and timely issue resolution
✅ Monitor operational dashboards and ensure adherence to defined TATs
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and customer experience

What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
