Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
✅ Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
✅ Prepare site measurements, quantity estimates, and progress reports.
✅ Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at the project site.
✅ Manage material requirements, inventory, and site resources efficiently.
✅ Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
✅ Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
✅ Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and billing records.

Required Skills
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Civil Site Engineering or Construction.
✔️ Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and civil engineering practices.
✔️ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
✔️ Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and project planning.
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
✔️ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
⭐ Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
⭐ Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
⭐ Self-motivated with strong leadership and teamwork skills.
⭐ Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
⭐ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
