About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive intern to represent 9TO5 in client meetings, understand business requirements, pitch our services and manage communication through calls, emails and in-person interactions.

This is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with sales, operations, procurement, design, technology and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Attend online and in-person client meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Present and pitch 9to5’s capabilities professionally.
Communicate with clients through calls, emails and regular follow-ups.
Prepare meeting notes, presentations, proposals and requirement briefs.
Follow up on quotations, samples, approvals, purchase orders and payments.
Maintain records of client conversations and pending action items.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients.
Support business development and new client acquisition.
Take ownership of client requirements from discussion to execution.

Who Should Apply?

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident speaking with corporate clients and senior professionals.
Comfortable conducting meetings and presentations.
Organised, proactive and good at managing follow-ups.
Able to coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously.
Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel and professional email communication.
Willing to travel locally for client meetings when required.
Final-year students and recent graduates may apply.
