🔹 1. Project Coordinator – Pharma & Digital Projects

🎓 Qualification: BE preferred | BCA | BBA
👨‍💼 Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Support pharma & digital projects
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
• Maintain Excel reports, project trackers & documentation
• Support webinars, digital campaigns & microsites
• Track project progress and follow up with teams

🔹 2. Technical Customer Support Executive

🎓 Qualification: BBA | B.Com | BCA
👨‍💼 Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client queries through Phone, Email & Zoom
• Support customer onboarding
• Maintain Excel reports and records
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Manage CRM activities
• Follow up with customers and resolve basic queries

🔹 3. Medical Writer cum Project Manager

🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm
👩‍💻 Experience: Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities:
• Medical & scientific writing
• Pharmaceutical project coordination
• Client communication
• End-to-end project management
• Coordination with internal teams and stakeholders

🔹 4. Client Service Executive

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
👩‍💻 Experience: Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and communicate client requirements to Design & Development teams
• Assist in preparing basic app flows and user interfaces
• Support application testing before release
• Help prepare user guides and documentation
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Provide basic product support to clients
• Assist in project analysis, tracking and delivery monitoring
