Key Responsibilities:
✅ Interact with customers through outbound calls
✅ Understand customer requirements and provide the right support
✅ Maintain call records and update the CRM system
✅ Achieve daily calling targets
✅ Share valuable customer feedback with the team

We're Looking For:
✔️ Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
✔️ Freshers, recent graduates, or students pursuing graduation
✔️ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus)
✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
