✅ Eligibility Criteria
🔹 Certification
✔ Must be CPC Certified (AAPC) – Mandatory
🔹 Freshers
✔ BHMS / BAMS / BUMS / BPT / MPT / B.Sc Nursing
🔹 Experienced Professionals
✔ Any graduate with minimum 1 year experience in Medical Coding (Non-HCC)

Key Responsibilities
✅ Review and prevent fraudulent or abusive claims using clinical expertise
✅ Apply knowledge of CPT codes, diagnosis coding, and CMC guidelines
✅ Adhere to state, federal, and client-specific compliance policies
✅ Investigate claims by referring to member policies & payer guidelines
✅ Support special projects, audits, and reporting activities
✅ Work independently with minimal supervision in complex scenarios
✅ Serve as a subject matter resource and assist in team coordination
✅ Ensure strict compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
