🎨 Are comfortable with Canva and can coordinate with graphic designers for references.
🤖 Use AI to create killer thumbnails, creatives, hooks, and content ideas.
📈 Can spot trends before everyone else does.
💬 Know how to build and engage communities (especially on Reddit).
🤝 Can coordinate with multiple teams without losing your mind.

Freshers are absolutely welcome if you have the skills and the hunger to learn.
