Community Intern
I quit my placement job to take one of the biggest risks of my life - building something of my own.
It began as a side hustle in 2020, earning me ₹15-25K a month while I was still in college. In 2024, I went all in.
At its peak, we did ~₹4L per month.
But something was missing - month-on-month growth.
I was very bad at finding new clients every day. And every day, it felt horrible.
So I paused it and moved towards building a product instead.
Problem was, I had no experience doing that.
So I joined a startup where I could learn across functions and contribute at least 1% to its growth from the experience I already had.
That startup was Airtribe.
Here, I got to contribute at my best and learn from folks who've built products at scale. As a core member, I lived the journey from a 20-person team to almost 200. ~16x revenue growth.
We also did our first mega conference - AI Buildcon 2026. I still get goosebumps imagining how we pulled that off.
Indeed, what a journey.
Now we're hiring Community Interns to join us in Bengaluru.
We're scaling to the next level, and looking for folks who love hustling and figuring things out - people who step out of their comfort zone and have a problem-solving mindset.
Good fit if:
→ You have organised college fests, events, workshops or meetups
→ You are comfortable hosting and speaking at events
→ You enjoy building communities and keeping people engaged
→ You know how to market an event and drive registrations
→ You are great at communication, networking and relationship-building
If this sounds like you, email me at [contact shared on WhatsApp] with your resume and proof of your work - past projects, events you've run, communities you've built, anything that shows you can do this.
