• Executiononclientengagement Ensurequalitydeliveryasperclientrequirements.

• Reviewofworkingpapersandclientfolders. Suggestideasonimprovingengagementproductivityandidentifyopportunitiesforimprovingclientservice.

• Understandbusinessindustryissues/trends. Identifyareasrequiringimprovementintheclientsbusinessprocessestoenablepreparationofrecommendations.

• Handlingdataanalytics-Access, ACLetc.

• Ensurecompliancewithengagementplansandinternalqualityriskmanagementprocedures.

• Awarenessofinternalauditingstandardsissued by IIAand ICAI.

• Demonstrateanapplicationsolution-basedapproachtoproblemsolvingtechnique.

• Managetheengagementbudgetsandsupportsuperiorsindevelopingmarketingcollaterals, businessproposalsandnewsolution/methodologydevelopment.

• Developstrongworkingrelationshipswithclient(processowner/functionalheads).

• Attentiontodetailandmentoryounginternsandanalystswithinthepractice.

• Contributetoknowledgemanagementsessionswithinthepractice.

• Demonstrateathoroughunderstandingofcompliance, financial, andoperationalrisksalongwithperforminginternalcontroltesting, developinternalauditplans, andprovideinternalauditservicesonanoutsourcingbasis. Assessinternalcontrols and SOXframeworkinordertomitigateriskandapplyittoclientsituations.
