Soundunderstandingofdirecttaxconceptsandtheirapplicationintransactionsupportandadvisoryengagements. Abletoanalyzecomplexdealdocumentationandtaxpositionstosupportinformedclientrecommendations. Demonstratedconsultingexperienceindeliveringpracticaltaxsolutionsalignedwithbusinessandtransactionobjectives.
