#UPSCAVx is growing. Slowly, steadily, and with purpose.

As I build this humble initiative, I'm looking ahead to the time when we'll need passionate individuals to join our mission.

This is not an immediate hiring post. But I believe in planning ahead and finding the right people early.

We will be hiring in the coming months for multiple roles.

🔹 Roles We Will Be Hiring

1-Content Creators =Develop high-quality study material, MCQs, test series, and engaging content for social media platforms.

2-Subject Matter Experts & Faculties= Create in-depth content, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, and provide subject-specific teaching & guidance to aspirants.

3-Academic Mentors =Work closely with aspirants, track progress, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, and provide personalized strategies.

4-Social Media Team= Manage Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram—create posts, reels, and engage with the AVx Tribe community.

5-HR Team= Manage hiring, onboarding, and team culture—ensure the AVx Tribe stays motivated and aligned with our mission.

6-Managers= Oversee operations, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth execution of mentorship programs.

7-Sales Team =Connect with aspirants, explain the UPSC AVx value proposition, and help them join the AVx Tribe.

8-Others for Day to Day Official work.

🔹 Who Should Apply? (in the future)

✅ For Academic Roles:
· Strong understanding of UPSC syllabus and exam pattern
· Prior teaching/mentoring experience (preferred)
· Excellent communication skills (bilingual preferred)

✅ For Content & Social Media Roles:
· Passion for UPSC and content creation
· Strong writing/research/creative skills
· Familiarity with social media platforms

✅ For HR, Sales & Management:
· Relevant experience or strong willingness to learn
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Mission-driven mindset
