Role Overview:
✅ Manage sports content workflows across OTT and broadcast platforms
✅Monitor live match feeds, highlights, clips, and VOD assets
✅Perform content quality checks and validations
✅Manage metadata, content tagging, and content tracking
✅Coordinate with Editorial, Production, Technical, and Operations teams
✅Support content scheduling and timely delivery during sporting events
✅Track content status and resolve operational issues in real time

Interview advice

Going for the Operations role at The Veca? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:

Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
