KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
~ Write clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content
~ Create content for e-learning modules, courses & training materials
~ Research and simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand content
~ Develop scripts, storyboards, articles, and learning resources
~ Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and accuracy
~ Collaborate with instructional designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
~ Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and client requirements
~ Maintain consistency in tone, style, and content quality
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Education, Literature, or related field
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure
✔ Creativity and strong storytelling abilities
✔ Good research and content-writing skills
✔ Attention to detail and proofreading abilities
✔ Ability to simplify complex information
✔ Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
