Content Writer
We’re Hiring: Turn Your Skills Into Social Impact
Every one of us has something we’re naturally good at.
What if your skills, like writing, teaching, or designing, could become a part of how a child learns and grows?
•Maybe your teaching can help a child understand something they couldn’t.
•Maybe your content can make someone stop scrolling and discover the cause of educating children.
▪︎Maybe your fundraising can help keep a class running.
Skills aren’t meant to be kept to ourselves. Rather, they’re meant to move from one person to another. We learn from the people before us, then pass what we know on to the people who come after us. Because eventually, it’s the next generation that has to take things forward.
That’s why we’re hiring at Pehchaan The Street School.
We’re looking for people who are willing to use their skills to help our students learn and grow, wherever they can, on-ground at our centres across Delhi NCR and Noida, or online. Contributing your skills few hours a week can help rewrite the stories of students at Pehchaan The Street School.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Pehchaan The Street School? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
