Help us build the future of enterprise Voice AI! You'll work at the helm of prompt engineering, shaping how machines speak regional Indian languages seamlessly mixed with English.
Role: Building the voice agent, engineering core prompts, auditing AI tech stacks, and stress-testing AI systems.
📝 Shape prompts: Turn your linguistic feedback into core prompts that make the bot sound human and "street-smart."
🗣️ Stress-test: Talk to our agent using natural local slang. Interrupt it, throw curveballs, and test its limits.
🎧 Audit the stack: Evaluate STT (dialect accuracy), TTS (voice naturalness), and LLM (response quality, fluency, and cultural relevance).

Who we need:
Languages: Bengali, Kannada or Telugu (native fluency in speaking, reading, and writing) + English.
Detail-oriented: You easily catch pronunciation errors, robotic pauses, unnatural grammar, and dialect inconsistencies.
Tech curious: No coding required! Just a passion for GenAI, LLMs, and conversational design.
📍 Location: Bengaluru (5 days in office)
