Internship Overview
OJD Education is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Counsellor Interns to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in student counselling, admissions, client communication, and lead management. Interns will gain valuable corporate exposure, professional training, and practical experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Respond to inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Support the team in achieving counselling and admission goals.
Eligibility
Graduate, undergraduate, or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
