We’re Hiring: Creative Designer (Gurgaon)
Are you someone who can blend creativity, motion, AI, and storytelling into scroll-stopping content?
We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can create high-impact social media content and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
📌 What we’re looking for:
• Strong graphic design skills
• Motion graphics expertise
• Basic video editing knowledge
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, and similar platforms
• Understanding of social media content trends and platform-specific creatives
• Prior experience working with marketing/creative agencies across multiple niches and industries
📍 Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (incentive, and salary will increase on the basis of your performance)
📅 Joining: From 1st of July

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Transit Adz? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
