We're hiring a Creative Graphic Designer. Kolkata, on-site, full-time, joining asap.

What you'll actually do ?

→ make the ads people don't skip — statics, carousels, reels
→ win the first 2 seconds, then earn the next 8
→ sit in Ads Manager with us. CTR, thumbstop, fatigue. kill what's dead, scale what's working
→ ship for our website, Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit and every launch

What we're not looking for ?

→ "send me the brief" energy — figuring out the brief IS the job
→ concept work that never ran anywhere
→ pretty layouts that don't sell anything

What actually gets you in:

→ you think about who's watching before you open Photoshop
→ Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma + Premiere / After Effects / CapCut
→ skincare, beauty, personal care or FMCG experience is a big plus
→ you use AI to move faster, not to think less

What you get: real budget, real data, and your work live in front of real buyers in week one. no "we're like a family" speech. If your ad flops, we'll tell you. if it wins, everyone will know it was yours.
