Creative Strategist Intern
Most people can tell within two seconds whether they'll keep watching a video. Almost nobody can explain why.
We're hiring a Creative Strategist Intern at Quickads. You'll write scripts for short-form ads, shoot them, go on camera, and direct other people when it's their turn. Your work goes live against real client briefs with real media money behind them. We ship 100+ creatives a month on a 5 to 7 day turnaround, so you'll see what worked and what got skipped by the following week.
Who this is for: a creator with at least 5,000 followers somewhere, a feed that shows you've been posting recently and often, sharp English, and the range to write Gen Z internet language for one cut and clean formal English for the next.
HSR Layout, Bengaluru. In office, full time.
Stipend ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 a month.
Full-time offer on the table after 3 months, decided on your output.
Resume to [contact shared on WhatsApp], with your Instagram handle. Your feed will tell us more than your CV does.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Quickads? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
