About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Web Development Intern Apisomi to help us build a visually stunning, highly interactive website.

You will work directly with our core developers to build an immersive web experience
driven by complex scroll animations and integrated 3D assets. If you love building
"Awwwards-style" websites and have a strong grip on motion on the web, this project
is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Immersive Interactions: Build and implement complex, scroll-bound animations
using GSAP and ScrollTrigger.
3D Integration: Work alongside our team to embed, manipulate, and animate 3D
assets (using Three.js, React Three Fiber, Spline, or WebGL) within the DOM
structure.
Smooth Scrolling: Implement smooth-scroll libraries (like Lenis or Locomotive
Scroll) to ensure a fluid user experience.
Performance Optimization: Ensure that heavy animations and 3D models are
optimized for performance, preventing lag and maintaining high frame rates
across both desktop and mobile devices.
Collaborative Development: Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, interactive
code while using Git/GitHub for seamless collaboration with our core team.

What We Are Looking For :
Strong foundation in the core stack: HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript
(ES6+), and React.js.
Mandatory: Deep understanding of GSAP, specifically ScrollTrigger, and timeline
manipulations.
Web Experience: Familiarity with integrating 3D elements into the web (Three.js,
React Three Fiber, or exporting/embedding from Spline).
A strong eye for motion design, easing, and micro-interactions.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on web performance and cross-browser
compatibility.
