Key Responsibilities

• Handleinboundandoutboundcustomerinquiries for Packers&Moversservices.

• Understandcustomerrelocationrequirements, includingpickup&droplocations, movingdate, andhouseholdvolume.

• Explainservicepackages, pricing, insurance, andrelocationprocess.

• Provideaccuratequotationsandrecommendsuitablemovingsolutions.

• Followupwithprospectivecustomerstomaximizeconversions.

• Coordinatewithoperations, vendors, andmovingteamsforseamlessserviceexecution.

• Maintainregularcommunicationwithcustomersbefore, during, andafterthemove.

• Resolvecustomerqueriesandensureasuperiorcustomerexperience.

• Updatecustomerdetails, quotations, bookings, andservicestatusin the CRM.

• Cross-sellvalue-addedservicessuchashomecleaning, painting, storage, andhomemaintenance.

• Maintainhighservicequalityandcollectcustomerfeedbackafterservicecompletion.
