ROLEPURPOSE&OBJECTIVE
• Managesbankingrelationship with 650 familieswithinthegeographicareaofcontrolbyofferingfullrangeofbankingservices

• Directlyresponsibletoacquirenewcustomers for Group Lending(GL)businessandservicingexistingcustomers

• Upsellloanstorightcustomersandfamilymembersbasedonrequirementandcapacitytorepay

• Offerandonboard Savings Accountsandotherdepositproductstocustomer, theirfamilymembersandtheirreferences

• Deliverpromptcustomerservices; beaccessibletocustomersatalltimes for GL, ILand Family Bankingqueries

• G eneratequalityleadsforcross-sellingforthirdpartyproductsoffered by Ujjiv an Smallfinance Bank.

• Providetimelyloanforeligiblerepeatandtop-upcustomers.

• Adherencetothedefinedsetofprocessesandcirculars.

KEYDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIESOFTHEROLE
Business/Financials
• Meetthesettargets on Group Loans(GL)intermsofopenmarketacquisitionandrepe at GLloans

• Convert GLcustomers, familymemberandreferrals for Family Bankingintermsofopening Savings Accountsandmaintainingminimumbalance

• Activelysourcetermdeposits(FDand RD)from Familymembers of GLcustomers

• Offersuitable Insuranceproductstocustomerandfamilymemberstoprovideadequateinsurancecoverage

• Identify, processandrefer GLcustomerswhocanbepotentiallygiven Individualloanseitherunsecured/secured

• Sharecustomerinsights/productrelatedfeedbackwith the ACRM

Customer
• Ensurecustomers and Familymembersareeducatedaboutentirebouquetofbankingproducts(Loans GL, IL, Secured, Deposits&Insurance)offered by Ujjivan

• Interactwithcustomersinacourteousandprofessionalmanner; provideprompt, efficientandaccurateservices

• Ensuretimelyinsuranceclaimsettlementforhis/hercustomers

• Resolvecustomerqueries/ pertaining to GL, IL&Family Bankingwithinspecifiedtimelines

Internal Process

• Identifyandconductsurveysofnewworkingareasforgroupformationandconductsprojectionmeeting for GLand Family Banking

• Group Loans: Fillcustomerprofileforms, Lo an Applicationformwithaccuracyandcollectssupportingdocumentsforaccountopeninginstrictadherence to KYCnormsfollowedby a Compulsory Group Training(CGTs)

• Individualloans(forcertified CROs): Analyzeexistingcustomerprofileandrepaymentcapacity, fillcustomerprofileforms, Lo an Applicationformwithaccuracyandcollectssupportingdocumentsforaccountopeninginstrictadherence to KYCnorms

• Coordinatewithcustomersinthedisbursementprocess

• Conduct Center Meetingasperschedulewithoutfailandensuretimelyrepayments, collectionofdepositsforsavingsaccounts/fixeddeposit, updatesalltransactions on True-Cell, aninterfacetotrackmonetarytransactions

• Opensavingsaccounts for Customerand their Familymembers in Ujjivan

• Helptoconduct the CSRactivitiesandmotivatescustomerstoparticipatein the Financial Literacy Program

• Givethedetailedfieldreports to ACRManddiscussfieldrelatedissues

• Adherencetothedefinedsetofprocessesandcirculars.

• Maintainuptodateknowledge of GL, ILand Family Bankingproductsandservicesaswellasaworkingknowledgeofotherproductsofferedinthebranch

• Ensureadherencetotrainingman-days/mandatorytrainingprogramsforself
