Customer Success Analyst Intern
Your first job can be more than just a first job.
Most of our CSAs joined Fundamento fresh out of college. They started by learning the product, sitting in on customer conversations, and figuring out how our AI works.
Then the questions got harder — customer escalations, product issues, and situations without a playbook.
Slowly, “Let me check and get back to you” became “I’ll take care of this.”
Today, many handle some of our most complex customer situations independently. 🚀
We’re looking to create that journey again.
We’re hiring Customer Success Analyst Interns who are curious about AI, enjoy solving problems, communicate well, and aren’t afraid of ambiguity.
You’ll work closely with customers, product & engineering, get hands-on with data and AI, and learn by actually doing.
And yes — this is an internship-to-full-time opportunity, based on performance.

Interview advice
Going for this role at Fundamento.ai? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
