• Provideaccurateinformationabout No Brokerservices, plans, andprocesses.

• Log, track, andresolvecustomercomplaintsthrough CRM/ticketingsystems.

• Escalatecomplexissuestorelevantteamsandensuretimelyresolution. Maintainservicequalitystandardsandensurehighcustomersatisfaction.

Work Mode: Work from Office(Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 17, 00027, 000+Uncapped Incentives(basedonexperience)
