Position: Cyber Security Trainer – OSCP / OSEP
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
CRAW Cyber Security Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate and technically motivated candidates for the position of Cyber Security Trainer – OSCP / OSEP.
We are open to both freshers and experienced professionals who have a strong interest in Offensive Security, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, and Cyber Security Training.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and hands-on cyber security training and assisting students in developing industry-relevant offensive security skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Instruction
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions related to Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, and Offensive Security..
• Deliver training based on OSCP/OSEP-oriented concepts and practical skills..
• Explain technical concepts in a simple, structured, and practical manner..
• Conduct hands-on labs, demonstrations, exercises, assignments, and assessments..
• Guide students through practical penetration-testing scenarios..
• Assist students in troubleshooting technical issues during practical sessions..
• Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive technical feedback..
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, lab exercises, and practical assessments..
• Maintain a professional and interactive learning environment..
• Offensive Security & Technical Skills

Candidates should have knowledge or practical exposure to:

• Web Application Penetration Testing.
• Network Penetration Testing.
• Vulnerability Assessment.
• Reconnaissance and Enumeration.
• Exploitation Methodologies.
• Privilege Escalation.
• Post-Exploitation.
• Active Directory Security.
• Windows and Linux Security.
• Networking and TCP/IP.
• Security Tools and Testing Methodologies.
• Basic Red Teaming and Offensive Security concepts.
• OSCP / OSEP Certification

Preferred certifications:
• OSCP – Offensive Security Certified Professional.
• OSEP – Offensive Security Experienced Professional.

Required Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills..
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly..
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities..
• Willingness to learn new technologies and security techniques..
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
