🧠 Your Role & Responsibilities:
→ Generate periodic & ad-hoc MIS reports
→ Build dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
→ Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
→ Create management presentations and business insights
→ Analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities
→ Understand system enhancements and optimize workflows
→ Manage and guide a team of MIS Executives

💻 What You Need:
✔ Strong analytical & data interpretation skills
✔ Experience in MIS reporting and dashboard creation
✔ Knowledge of Excel, SQL, reporting & visualization tools
✔ Good communication and presentation skills
✔ Team management and stakeholder coordination abilities
