📊 Position: Data Analyst – Telecom Operations
📍 Location: Gurugram
💼 Experience: 0–6 Years (B.Tech Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Standard hike on current salary for experienced candidates)
🕒 Rotational Shifts | 5 Days Working
🔹 Eligibility:
✔ B.Tech (ECE, EE, EEE, CSE, IT) Freshers can apply
✔ Telecom Operations / NOC / O&M experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting)
✔ Good analytical and reporting skills
✔ Understanding of SLA monitoring, SOPs, RCA & CAPA will be an advantage
✔ Strong communication and attention to detail
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Validate operational data and reports
• Monitor SLA adherence and KPI performance
• Generate MIS and operational reports
• Identify process gaps and support corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Going for the Data Analyst role at Indus Towers? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Brush up SQL joins and aggregations, and be ready to walk one analysis end to end: the question you asked, the data you used, and what you found.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
