Hidani Tech is looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience working with real-world data, dashboards, reporting, and business analytics.
📌 Position: Data Analyst Intern
🏠 Location: Remote / Work From Home(Personal laptop and wifi mandatory)
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
🌎 Shift: US Night Shift
💼 Experience: 03months-6months
Stipend- Upto 15k
🎓 Eligibility: Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree
🔍 What You'll Work On
Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data using Excel, SQL & Python
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel
Prepare daily & weekly MIS reports and performance trackers
Identify trends and generate actionable business insights
Perform data validation and quality checks
Support statistical analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Assist in automating and improving reporting processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data requirements

Going for the Data Analyst role at Hidani Tech? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Brush up SQL joins and aggregations, and be ready to walk one analysis end to end: the question you asked, the data you used, and what you found.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
