Data Analyst Intern
We're hiring a Data Analyst Intern (PST shift) at Skypoint, and it's the kind of internship I'd have jumped at when I was starting out.
You'd join our Implementation & Analytics team, working alongside the engineers who build the data products behind SkyPoint's US healthcare and senior living clients. Real client deliverables from week one -- Power BI dashboards, SQL, semantic models, dbt.
What we're looking for:
Solid SQL (joins, aggregations, a feel for clean queries)
Power BI / DAX familiarity, or the drive to pick it up fast
Good data-analysis instincts and clear communication
Bonus points for dbt, Databricks, Azure, or a bit of Python.

Interview advice
Going for the Data Analyst role at Skypoint? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Brush up SQL joins and aggregations, and be ready to walk one analysis end to end: the question you asked, the data you used, and what you found.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
